Greater industrial area consisting of several existing businesses and fully regulated land between railway and Rv22.
■ Jellestadveien 37 is a large, undeveloped and fully regulated area at 0.142 km² located centrally in Kampenes industrial area.
■ Holteskogen commercial park, sized 0.122 km², is within Kampenes industrial area and is currently in evolution. Though some of the area is developed, there's still a substantial amount of undeveloped land.
■ Kampenesmyra North is a large, fully regulated area for industry and warehouse, sized 0.07 km². The area is located in between the north end of Kampenes industrial area, the railway's eastern line and Rv22.
Multiple less regulated lands are available in the area.
