Nordhordland Industrial Park is centrally located north of Bergen. The area consist of about 500 000 m2 commercial park, with a deep water dock and access directly through E-39, is under planning. Nordhordland Industrial Park is particularly suitable for warehousing, logistics and light industrial activities.
Large and cost effective areas
The industrial park offers a number og shovel-ready plots for sale, as well as land and buildings for rent. The park consists of two larger commercial areas located right by the sea and E-39. In total there's about 500 000 m2 of potential land for future expansion. The zoning plans are flexible. The building height is up to 21 meters, with a great utilization, 150% BRA.
